In a proceeding to compel arbitration of disputes relating to distribution and payment of partnership assets, one of the partners contends that there is no existing agreement to arbitrate, no dispute between the parties, and that the other partners are estopped. Order directing arbitration affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 895.]
