DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been presented on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that JOHN R. MAGUIRE, an attorney who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1976, be temporarily suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey, and it appearing that JOHN R. MAGUIRE has been temporarily suspended from the practice of law in New York, and this Court having issued an order to show cause as to why JOHN R. MAGUIRE should not be immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey until such time as he is restored to the practice of law by the New York disciplinary authorities; and JOHN R. MAGUIRE having failed to appear on the return date of the order to show cause, and good cause otherwise appearing;
It is ORDERED that JOHN R. MAGUIRE is immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey until such time as he is restored to the practice of law by the New York disciplinary authorities; and it is further
ORDERED that the Office of Attorney Ethics take such protective action, pursuant to R. 1:20-11(c), as may be appropriate, with respect to the files, records, practice and trust assets of JOHN R. MAGUIRE, wherever situate, pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that JOHN R. MAGUIRE be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that JOHN R. MAGUIRE comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
