Decree affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur, except Crosby, P.J., and Dowling, J., who dissent and vote for reversal and for granting a decree for the relief prayed for by the appellant. (The decree judicially settles the accounts of the trustee of decedent's estate.)
