Appeal from a decision of a Referee, filed January 29, 1970, dismissed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. (See Workmen's Compensation Law, § 23; Matter of Shadorsky v. Longwood Parlor Furniture Corp., 33 A.D.2d 932.) Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Cooke, JJ., concur.
