Opinion

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that RICHARD L. LORD of Mantua be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that said RICHARD L. LORD be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending resolution of the complaints against him before the District IV Ethics Committee and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that RICHARD L. LORD be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising RICHARD L. LORD's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b).
