DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter coming before the Court on an Order to Show Cause why respondent should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined for his admitted misuse of trust funds (later repaid), and evidence having been presented to the Disciplinary Review Board that respondent is afflicted with Huntington's Chorea, an incurable medical disorder, and that the disease and the resulting psychological trauma have rendered respondent incapable of practicing law, and the Board having recommended that respondent's temporary suspension be continued indefinitely or until such time as respondent submits medical evidence of his ability to resume the practice of law, and good cause appearing,
It is ORDERED that respondent's temporary suspension is hereby continued indefinitely and imposition of discipline is withheld until such time as it appears that respondent's physical and psychological conditions have stabilized to a point where he would otherwise be able to resume the practice of law; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
