Appeal from State Industrial Board.

Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Schenck and Foster, JJ.


The appellant contends that the award was excessive and that it was unreasonable for claimant not to submit to an operation in an endeavor to lessen the disfigurement. Award unanimously affirmed with costs to the State Industrial Board.
