Matter of Licitra v. Licitra

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Jan 19, 1999
708 N.E.2d 175 (N.Y. 1999)

Opinion

Decided January 19, 1999

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order that affirmed those portions of Family Court's November 13, 1996 order that denied appellant's petition for a modification of prior custody and visitation orders and granted respondent's petition for modification of prior visitation orders denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remaining part of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the proceedings within the meaning of the Constitution.

Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.

Judge Levine took no part.
