On the court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Irving W. Levine is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., and BELLACOSA.
