Motion to dismiss appeal granted unless the respondent-objectant-appellant files the undertaking provided for under section 298 of the Surrogate's Court Act, on or before December 15, 1959, and procures the record on appeal and appellant's points to be served and filed on or before January 5, 1960, with notice of argument for the February 1960 Term of this court.
