On the court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable James R. Lenney is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Herkimer Village Court, Herkimer County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., and BELLACOSA.
