Decree of the Kings County Surrogate's Court and order denying application to revoke letters testamentary, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to George Rosling, Special Guardian, only, payable out of the estate. Appeal from decision dismissed, without costs. No opinion.
