Upon remand from the Court of Appeals, order of this court, entered on February 5, 1982, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the facts, to declare trustee is not entitled to judgment. Wendy Vanderbilt Lehman shall recover of trustee $75 costs and disbursements of this proceeding. No opinion.
