Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award for temporary total disability from an occupational disease, chronic bronchial asthma. The evidence sustains the finding of the Board and the determination as to the giving of notice. Application for penalty should be denied. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. Application for penalty denied. Hill, P.J., Heffernan, Foster and Russell, JJ., concur; Brewster, J., taking no part.
