ORDER

It is ORDERED that the resignation of JACQUES S. LEDERMAN of Scotch Plains as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-10, effective immediately, and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing disbarred, resigned and suspended attorneys.
