Award affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Hill, P.J., Rhodes, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ., concur; Crapser, J., dissents and votes to reverse the award on the ground that the jurisdiction of the Board was entirely at an end so far as hospital and medical services were concerned when the compensation period was passed.
