Present — Foster, P.J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Zeller, JJ.


Motion to vacate and set aside a portion of the judgment of the Children's Court of Schenectady County. During the pendency of this appeal the wife is allowed the right of visitation of the children of the marriage on each alternate Sunday afternoon at the place where they now reside and the husband is directed to pay the wife $15 per month towards the expenses of such visitation. Motion in all other respects denied, without costs.
