Motion granted to the extent of continuing the temporary stay contained in the order to show cause, dated April 8, 1958, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal is argued or submitted on April 29, 1958, and upon the further condition that the annual meeting of stockholders of the respondent corporation be held not earlier than August 4, 1958.
