Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Van Voorhis, JJ.


In view of the circumstances that the appellant does not question that the judgment-creditor is presently receiving 7 1/2% of the income from the trusts created for the benefit of the judgment-debtor, the order is unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent.
