Appeal by the claimant from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board which denied her benefits on the ground that she was not totally unemployed. The claimant was the president of the corporation from whom she seeks benefits and the board found that during the period in issue she was an employee of the same and not totally unemployed, premised upon testimony in the record that the claimant continued to operate the corporation, drew personal checks to herself and paid personal bills from the corporation funds and account. There was testimony from the several witnesses, including claimant, as to the intricate financial dealings of the corporation which presented for the board's consideration questions of credibility and veracity. From a review of the record, the evidence sustains the finding of the board. Decision affirmed, without costs.
