Claim of Kuk v. General Electric Co.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Jul 6, 1989
74 N.Y.2d 758 (N.Y. 1989)

Opinion

Submitted April 24, 1989

Decided July 6, 1989

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as dismissed the appeal to that court from the Workers' Compensation Board's February 24, 1987 decision, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judge SIMONS taking no part.
