Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. Decision of this court, handed down November 20, 1946 ( ante, p. 853), modified to read as follows: Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board and the claimant, to be divided equally between them, and with disbursements to each against the appellants. All concur.
