Determination of petition held in abeyance pending a prompt hearing pursuant to section 603.3 of the Rules of the Appellate Division, First Department (22 N.Y.CRR) to be held under the auspices of petitioner, and respondent suspended from practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof, and until the further order of this court.
