Matter of Kolodick v. General Electric Company

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Mar 1, 1929
226 App. Div. 711 (N.Y. App. Div. 1929)

Opinion

March, 1929.

Award affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Davis, Hill and Hasbrouck, JJ., concur; Van Kirk, P.J., and Hinman, J., dissent on the ground that claimant's condition is not shown to be due to the injury of 1917 rather than that of 1920, and on the further ground that his earning capacity was not properly determined.
