Motion by petitioner to dispense with printing granted. The proceeding will be heard on the original papers (including the typed minutes) and on petitioner's typewritten brief, which shall include a copy of any opinion or decision rendered by respondents or the hearing officer. The petitioner is directed to file six copies of his typewritten brief and to serve one copy on the Attorney-General. Beldock, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
