ORDER

CARL KLEIN of Oakhurst having been ordered to show cause before this Court on November 13, 1979 why his temporary suspension from the practice of law should not be continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him and he, by his attorney, having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension from the practice of law of CARL KLEIN, imposed by order of this Court dated October 30, 1979, is hereby continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him now pending before the District IX Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that CARL KLEIN is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
