Present — Cunningham, Taylor, Dowling, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Decree modified on the law so as to provide that the will of Charles William Keck gave to his wife, Anna F. Keck, a life estate with absolute power of disposition during her lifetime, with remainder, if any, upon her death to Gertrude E. Keck, and as modified affirmed without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (The decree construes a will.)
