ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend DONALD KAYSER of Morganville from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on February 4, 1980 temporarily suspending DONALD KAYSER from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on March 4, 1980 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District IX Ethics Committee, and respondent having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of DONALD KAYSER, imposed by order of this Court dated February 4, 1980, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said DONALD KAYSER be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
