ORDER

ALAN R. KATZ of Ledgewood having appeared before this Court on Tuesday, January 8, 1980 on an order to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him, and he having moved for an adjournment of the hearing on the merits of the petition of the Disciplinary Review Board, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the motion for adjournment is granted subject, however, to the condition that said ALAN R. KATZ be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the further argument on the merits of the petition of the Disciplinary Review Board and until the further order of this Court, said suspension to be effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that ALAN R. KATZ be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
