ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that WILLIAM J. KANE of Montclair be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE show cause before this Court on Tuesday, November 14, 1978, at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District V Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esquire, or his designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
