ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This matter having been argued before the Court and good cause appearing; it is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of WILLIAM J. KANE of Montclair is hereby vacated, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE serve and file his answers to the complaints now pending against him before the Essex County District Ethics Committee with that Committee and this Court within two weeks of the date hereof; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE submit a written report from Barry Vogel, M.D., to this Court within two weeks of the date hereof; and it is further

ORDERED that WILLIAM J. KANE show cause before this Court on Tuesday, December 12, 1978 at 10:00 a.m. why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final resolution of the complaints against him.
