Decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 1965, affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs, payable by appellant personally to the estate ( Cooke v. Cooke, 2 A.D.2d 128). Christ, Acting P.J., Hill, Rabin, Hopkins and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
