Matter of Jones

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Oct 1, 1903
87 App. Div. 620 (N.Y. App. Div. 1903)

Opinion

October Term, 1903.

Motion to restore cause to calendar denied. Held, that there is no appeal pending. The first decree was reversed by this court, and there appears as yet to have been no appeal from the second decree; and that the time to take such appeal apparently has not expired.
