DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that HUBERT JOHNSON of HILLSIDE be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and for certain restraints on said attorney's business and trust accounts pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and for authorization to take appropriate protective action pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that HUBERT JOHNSON of HILLSIDE is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution including but not limited to the City National Bank, Newark, New Jersey, trust account # 0014-23525, and the Crestmont Federal Savings, Westfield, New Jersey, business account # 13-001-706 maintained by HUBERT JOHNSON, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take such protective action pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) as may be appropriate pending the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that HUBERT JOHNSON show cause before this Court on Tuesday, January 11, 1983, at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension and restraints herein should not continue pending final disposition of any complaints pending against him and until the further order of this Court and further why the funds restrained from disbursement by this Order should not be transmitted by the banks which are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that HUBERT JOHNSON show cause before this Court on the date and at the place aforesaid why the Division of Ethics and Professional Services should not be directed to take further appropriate action to gain possession and control of the current legal files and records of HUBERT JOHNSON pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further
ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court, and it is further
ORDERED that said HUBERT JOHNSON is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and further directed to comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
