DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that LOUIS P. INTROCASO of ALLENHURST, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1958, be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-9(d), and LOUIS P. INTROCASO having been suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year and until further order of the Court, see IMO Louis P. Introcaso, 96 N.J. 142 (1984), and good cause otherwise appearing;
It is ORDERED that the suspension of LOUIS P. INTROCASO from the practice of law is continued until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that LOUIS P. INTROCASO is placed on disability inactive status and the ethics proceedings pending against him are deferred until such time as a determination is made that respondent is capable of assisting counsel in defense of the ethics proceedings; and it is further
ORDERED that LOUIS P. INTROCASO continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent continue to comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
