Order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 25, 1966, modified, on the law and the facts, by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the word "denied" and substituting therefor the words "granted so as to delete from the second decretal paragraph of the amended order of protection dated October 22, 1965 the words `until further order of the court' and to substitute therefor the words `until April 22, 1968'." As so modified, order affirmed, without costs, and without prejudice to any further application for a protective order. A protective order issued in a support proceeding must be for a specified time (Family Ct. Act, § 446). Christ, Acting P.J., Rabin and Benjamin, JJ., concur; Brennan and Hopkins, JJ., dissent and vote to affirm.
