June 4, 1974.


TERRY R. HUGHES of Fort Lee having consented, it is ORDERED that he be suspended from the practice of law until he furnishes proof of his ability to assume the obligations of an attorney, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that TERRY R. HUGHES be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
