DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why JOHN E. HUGHES of Cedar Grove should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined and why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, and he by his attorney having consented to his temporary suspension;

It is ORDERED that JOHN E. HUGHES be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending the outcome of the proceedings before the Supreme Court and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the return date of the order to show cause is adjourned to Tuesday, January 26, 1982 at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, and on said date the respondent show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined.
