Motions by respondents to dismiss appeal denied, on condition that appellant perfect the appeal and be ready to argue or submit it at the January Term, beginning January 2, 1962; appeal ordered on the calendar for said term. The record and appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before December 4, 1961. Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect his appeal, granted; time enlarged to the January 1962 Term. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
