ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend KARL R. HUBER of Newark from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on March 27, 1979 temporarily suspending KARL R. HUBER from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on May 8, 1979 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District V Ethics Committee, and he having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of KARL R. HUBER, imposed by order of this Court dated March 27, 1979, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaint against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said KARL R. HUBER be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
