Feb 11, 1997
678 N.E.2d 495 (N.Y. 1997)

Opinion

Submitted November 25, 1996

Decided February 11, 1997

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that affirmed Family Court's order denying appellant's motion for access to Family Court files, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the proceedings within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
