Jan 18, 1943
265 App. Div. 1007 (N.Y. App. Div. 1943)

Opinion

January 18, 1943.

Present — Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.

In a proceeding to settle the intermediate account of the committee of incompetent, order settling the intermediate account modified on the facts by reducing the allowance to the attorney for the committee from $1,000 to $600, and the allowance to the special guardian from $500 to $300. As so modified, the order, in so far as appealed from, is unanimously affirmed, without costs. In our opinion, the allowances were excessive.
