Matter of Horowitz v. Lomenzo

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Oct 7, 1968
30 A.D.2d 982 (N.Y. App. Div. 1968)

Opinion

October 7, 1968

MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT. We agree with the rationale of Special Term's opinion [ 57 Misc.2d 1037]. Additionally, the contention that certain of the voting machines cannot accommodate all slates of presidential electors has no support in the record. Judgment affirmed, without costs. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur in memorandum by the court.
