DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court, it is ORDERED that the suspension of ROBERT A. HOLLIS of HACKENSACK is lifted, and he is hereby restored to the practice of law, effective immediately, subject to respondent practicing only in a supervised capacity, that he have no signatory power over any attorney trust account, that the employing firm notify the Board Counsel of any substantive change in the terms of employment or termination and that such supervised practice shall continue for a minimum of two years and until further application to the Board and approval by the Court.
