DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter having come before the Supreme Court on an order to show cause why ROBERT A. HOLLIS of Hackensack should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that ROBERT A. HOLLIS be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending a final determination on the charges now before this Court together with all other open ethics complaints against the respondent, effective immediately, and until the further order of the Court; and it further

ORDERED that the ethics complaints now pending before the District II Ethics Committee are to be accelerated to the fullest extent possible; and it is further

ORDERED that said ROBERT A. HOLLIS is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that ROBERT A. HOLLIS comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
