DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR., formerly of HIGHLAND LAKES, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1968 and who was transferred to disability inactive status by this Court's order of July 11, 1989, be suspended from the practice of law for one year for conduct that adversely reflects on respondent's fitness to practice law, in violation of DR 1-102(A)(b), for his gross neglect and for the pattern of neglect displayed in his handling of numerous matters, in violation of DR 6-101(A)(1) and (2), for his failure to maintain proper records in, violation of DR 9-102(B)(3), and for his failure to carry out contracts of employment, in violation of DR 7-101(A)(2), and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR. is suspended from the practice of law for one year, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR., be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that notwithstanding the imposition of a one-year suspension, WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR., also is continued on disability inactive status until further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR., reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs; and it is further
ORDERED that WILLIAM E. HOGAN, JR., comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
