Appeal from so much of an order granting respondent's motion for reargument as upon reargument granted respondent leave to file a notice of claim for conscious pain and suffering, pursuant to subdivision 5 of section 50-e Gen. Mun. of the General Municipal Law. Order insofar as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
