ORDER
This 20th day of December 2002, it appears to the Court that the Board on Professional Responsibility has filed its Report in this matter pursuant to Rule 9(e) of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has filed objections to the Board's Report. The Court has reviewed the matter pursuant to Rule 9(e) and concludes that the Board's Report should be approved.
As a result of the Court's approval of the Board's Report, the Respondent will be suspended for three years. At the present time, the Respondent is serving a separate three-year suspension from the practice of law that began on May 6, 2002.
The Court has concluded the last year of that prior three-year suspension should be served concurrently with the first year of the three-year suspension that is now being imposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Report of the Board on Professional Responsibility dated October 7, 2002 (copy attached) is hereby APPROVED. The Respondent's combined suspensions will total five years. The three-year suspension that is imposed by this order will begin on May 2, 2004 and end on May 2, 2007. The matter is hereby CLOSED.
