Judgment and order (one paper), Supreme Court, New York County, entered on August 28, 1969, so far as appealed from, modified on the law and on the facts, without costs and without disbursements, to the extent of providing that Daisy Heymann, mother of the petitioner, shall have priority of interment, if she so desires, in connection with burial rights in the remaining vacant graves of the lot.
