Matter of Hermon v. Pugh

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Sep 17, 1947
272 App. Div. 985 (N.Y. App. Div. 1947)

Opinion

September 17, 1947.

Award for reduced earnings. Appellants asserted that the reduction in earnings resulted from a strike at the plant where employee was working after the accident and injury. The evidence sustains the finding that claimant attempted but failed because of his injuries to obtain other employment during the strike. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. All concur.
